Terms of Service

License and Usage

When you purchase a Soundstalker Expeditions module, you receive a single-family license. This grants you the right to use the curriculum for all students within your immediate household.

You may not:

• Share login credentials with individuals outside your household
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the curriculum to another party
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of the curriculum in any format
• Use the curriculum for commercial purposes, including but not limited to teaching classes for compensation

If you are an ESA family using allocated funds to purchase Soundstalker Expeditions, the single-family license applies identically. ESA funds purchase a license for your student, not for redistribution.

Account Access

Each purchase creates one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@soundstalkerexpeditions.com.

Course Access

You retain access to purchased modules for the lifetime of the Soundstalker Expeditions platform. If the platform is discontinued, you will be notified and given the opportunity to download purchased content before any shutdown.

Intellectual Property

All content within Soundstalker Expeditions — lessons, videos, readings, Parent/Teacher Guides, Field Notes exercises, graphics, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Soundstalker Expeditions. You may not modify, republish, or create derivative works from the content.

ESA and Third-Party Purchases

If you purchase Soundstalker Expeditions using ESA funds or through a third-party marketplace, the terms of this agreement apply. Any additional terms imposed by the ESA program or marketplace do not override these terms unless explicitly stated in writing by Soundstalker Expeditions.

Limitations of Liability

Soundstalker Expeditions is an educational curriculum. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test score improvements, or college admissions results. The curriculum is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for determining whether the curriculum is appropriate for your student and for supervising its use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Soundstalker Expeditions after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy

21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident in Soundstalker Expeditions. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked. If you or your student start the program and decide it’s not the right fit, contact us at info@soundstalkerexpeditions.com within 21 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@soundstalkerexpeditions.com with:

• Your name
• The email address used for the purchase
• Your order number (if available)
• A brief note that you’d like a refund

That’s it. You don’t need to explain why. You don’t need to complete any lessons. You don’t need to justify anything.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the request and returned to the original payment method. If you purchased through an ESA marketplace, the refund will be processed through the same marketplace and returned to your ESA account.

After 21 Days

Refund requests made after the 21-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If something is genuinely wrong — a technical issue, an access problem, a significant mismatch between the product and your student’s needs — and we can fix it, we will. Reach out and tell us why SE is something you no longer want. We’re reasonable people.
